| reWORKS Renames Its Operating Company Forterra Inc. |

Toronto, Ontario - July 18, 2007 - Gary Gould, President of reWORKS Environmental Corp. ("reWORKS") (TSXV: REW) today announced that the name of its operating company and wholly owned subsidiary, formerly known as reWORKS Inc., has been changed to Forterra Inc.
The name "Forterra" will also be the brand name on the company's products. The company's ticker symbol remains the same. No organizational or management structure changes were made.
"We are very pleased with the Forterra name," said Gary Gould. "It gives us a clear identity that reflects our core business. It also underlines our strong belief in the company's potential to be the leading provider of effective, environmentally friendly soil care. This focused vision will enhance our ability to build brand equity - and ultimately to create and realize value for our shareholders."
